 I've attached the patch and two image files to this ticket. The images
 will need to be manually copied to the /images directory on the server
 since I cannot seem to get binary attachments to work in the diff.

 Files updated:
 /projects/en/torbrowser.wml

 New files added:
 /include/tbb-head.wmi (same as /include/head.wmi but adds a ref to
 tbbproject.css)
 /css/tbbproject.css
 /images/tbb-lg.png
 /images/tbb-bgrad.png
