 Please also give phw push access to the official atlas.git.  Also also,
 please give him a login on staticiforme and allow him to sudo (atlas) ALL.

 (phw, maybe you can work on a small commit, like a tooltip text change, in
 the next 2 days so that we can sit down and go through the update process
 together.)
