Comment:

 A recent attempt to reproduce the bug has failed, so I cannot with
 certainty inform which program was crashing.

 If I had to guess, it would be something to do with the Firefox browser,
 as the APPCRASH error window only popped up after the circuit was created
 successfully but prior to the Firefox browser window failing to open.

 Perhaps worth mentioning is that Java was pestering me to update at the
 time.

 In any case, the TBB is working flawlessly now with the Paging File
 encrypted. Shoddy bug-reporting on my end. If it happens again, I'll be
 sure to be more observant.
