Comment:

 Okay.  Went the painful way to provide advertised bandwidth fraction graph
 data.  Works for now, though I'm not 100% certain that it'll scale over
 time.  We'll see.  Closing as wontfix, because we're not removing the data
 as suggested in the summary.
