 This is a trac ticket because someone asked me for an official download
 link for the obfsproxy tarballs and I noticed that they were not included
 in dist.

 Which component does this belong to?

 Also, if you think that obfsproxy tarballs don't belong in dist feel free
 to close this ticket.
