 Sounds like he would be satisfied with mirroring a copy of it on www.tp.o,
 even if it's primary home, and the primary url that machines ask for, is
 elsewhere.

 But the title of this ticket is so clearly the ticket I have in mind that
 I am tempted to commandeer it for my purposes. :)
