 That could mean a couple of things:
 1. The server has not finished booting up.
 2. The server has been temporarily disconnected from that JID

 Either way, it is not a big deal. Having read this comment, I changed that
 warning to "<JID> is not available" in the commit from my reply to your
 previous comment.
