 Interesting stuff.  Two somewhat off-topic remarks:

  - Do you think we should include microdescriptor consensuses and
 microdescriptors in the archives?  They're left out right now, because we
 can learn most/all of their relevant content from other descriptors.  But
 if you think it would be convenient to archive them, I'll include them.
 (Needs a new ticket, just mentioning it here.)

  - Do you want me to add your attached scripts to metrics-tasks.git?  That
 repository holds all kinds of one-off code, including ugly hacks, in case
 we want to do something similar in the future.  Happy to add this code for
 you if you think it makes sense.
