 Okay, I've attached the patch.  Can anyone test it out with some
 applications?  If you want to try it without wireshark, you can run tor
 with debug-level logs and look for the messages "socks5: accepted method 0
 (no authentication)" and "socks5: accepted method 2 (username/password)".
