Comment:

 Calling this usability because it would also fix a common issue where
 Facebook and other webapps log you out if your IP changes.

 Also I think we should probably just start with first party domain, to
 keep things simpler and perhaps more user intuitive. I think we should
 only bother with using referer if the network explodes under the onionskin
 load (which thanks to ntor, it shouldn't).
