 The "Should I be a normal relay or bridge relay?" FAQ entry on
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/faq is a bit out of date. We should update
 this entry to mention a few countries that filter connections to the Tor
 network (and not just China), and also list Tor Cloud and Obfsproxy.
