 releng_4 has only inttypes and lacks stdint.
 releng_8 has both inttypes and stdint.
 That's regarding /usr/includes, and matches orconfig.h on both platforms.
 The patch compiles and seems to at least reach bootstrap 100% on releng_4.
 As yet untested on releng_8.
 I'm barely any sort of programmer but happy to poke and push patches
 through the box if people like.
