Comment (by torland):

 I can confirm that 1.) 2.) and 4.) happens with a clean TBB 3.5 64-bit
 freshly extracted from tor-browser-linux64-3.5_en-US.tar.xz.

 For me it happens always, but the delay I experience is different.
 Sometimes only slightly slower than FF, sometimes boring slow with 2-3
 seconds delay. I have seen this delay never in FF.
