 Why don't keep these skip-tor-lauch lines by default in start-tor-
 browser.sh? Who needs it just uncomment the last line.

 ## Deactivate tor-launcher,
 ## a Vidalia replacement as browser extension,
 ## to prevent running Tor over Tor.
