Comment:

 Given Vidalia's unsupported status, and especially since the Vidalia 'new
 identity' button is now not the safe way to get a new identity (you should
 be doing it from Torbutton), I'm going to close this as abandoned.

 Feel free to reopen if you have a patch that works and you want to make a
 new Vidalia release. :) :/
