 Interesting things to note: If a modal dialog is shown on start-up the
 dimensions are correct. The width and height are correct as well if one
 presses the New Identity button (without "needing" a modal dialog, i.e.
 that works in the default bundles, too). And: I am probably confronted
 with #9268 on my machine again: I only get 899 as max height although the
 algorithm says "900" while setting the value manually to "800" results in
 800px as innerHeight.
