 If we went with Hetzner (for example), the cost is roughly:

 https://www.hetzner.de/en/hosting/produkte_rootserver/xs29, Euro 299/mo x
 12 months = Euro 3,588/year per server. This is Euro 14,352 per year for 4
 servers. Or, $410/mo x 12 months = $4,920/year/server. $19,680 per year
 for 4 servers.

 The benefit is we can continually upgrade hardware within the cluster and
 always have the latest hardware as prices drop over time.

 A con is we're paying $20k/year and hoping Hetzner is as reliable as our
 current providers.
