Comment:

 This is fixed in my branch `fix/10333-index-by-0L_r2`,
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/isis/bridgedb.git/shortlog/refs/heads/fix/10333
 -index-by-0L_r2 here]. Extra unittests for this bug were added in that
 branch as well.

 This branch was merged into its parent branch `fix/9462-refactor-
 netstatus-parsers_r9462C_r2`
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/isis/bridgedb.git/commit/8581578400200fc0efba1095436ed0a3ce98e145
 here], and doesn't need to be merged. When `fix/9462-refactor-netstatus-
 parsers_r9462C_r2` is merged to `develop` this will be fixed.
