Comment:

 I talked to rndm, and he's going to move the Globe repository to Tor's Git
 server.  Though I guess we first need somebody to sign his PGP key.  The
 next opportunity for that is at 30C3 in 2.5 weeks.  Changing status to
 needs_information until then.
