 I tried
 https://people.torproject.org/~linus/builds/3.5-rc-1/TorBrowserBundle-3.5-rc-1-osx32_fr.zip
 but the interface appears in English.

 I tried a couple of the pt branch builds at
 https://people.torproject.org/~dcf/pt-bundle/3.5-rc-1-pt120131210/ and
 they also are not localized.
