Comment:

 See bug_10323_v2 in my public tor-browser-bundle repo for a fix. It is not
 tested yet in a clean new build and on different Windows machines/versions
 and I'd like to do that first before it gets deployed in a release. Thus,
 it should not make it into TBB 3.5.
