Comment:

 Seems fine to me; needs a changes file.  Have other pluggable-transport
 folks tried this out?  Should we call this targeted for 0.2.4 or for
 0.2.5?  (In other words, how disruptive is it to *not* have this change
 until 0.2.5?)
