 It appears the default YouTube rule now breaks video playback.
 It was working fine on Sunday, now most of the YouTube videos I try to
 watch won't load.
 Upon disabling the rule, videos play fine.

 E.g. I'm unable to play this video with the YouTube rule enabled:
 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QDUxLyaCN2w
 Video doesn't load, black screen.

 Disable "YouTube (partial) rule, goto
 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QDUxLyaCN2w
 and video plays fine.
