Comment:

 Sebastian and I discussed this today in #tor-dev, and we came to the
 conclusion that (for right now) the following repo with said permissions
 should be created:

 {{{
 repo admin/bridgedb-admin.git
     RW    isis
     R     @all
 }}}

 and that '''anyone in currently in the bridgedb group who would like to
 stay involved in maintaining the BridgeDB service running on ponticum
 should add themselves to the CC list of this ticket within the next
 week''' or so, and they will also be given `RW` permissions for this repo.

 Next Thursday or Friday, I will mark this as 'needs revision' with a list
 of people to be added to the repo.

 Refer the the parent ticket for what this repo should contain.
