 Ok, it seems you've replicated trunk inside trunk. Here's all you need to
 do:

  1. svn checkout https://svn.torproject.org/svn/website
  1. cd website/trunk
  1. edit docs/en/faq.wml
  1. svn commit
  1. done.

 I'm not sure what steps you're taking, or if you're trying to use git-svn
 or something other than native svn client.

 I reverted the duplicate trunk with svn commit r26327.
