 Would like a toggle for safelogging via
 the controller. This will allow toggling
 it for debugging via passworded controller
 instead of leaving it enabled fulltime via
 torrc and needing to effectively restart tor
 to disable it.

 Similarly, adjusting loglevel and logmessagedomains
 should also be available via controller. Even up
 to choosing which domains to log.
 Not just a bump to/from 'debug' via kill signal.
