 If you start the Tor browser bundle directly (e.g.
 ShellExecute("c:\tools\tor browser\start tor browser.exe") without setting
 the working directory, an error message is shown:

 Error Starting Tor
 ---------------------------
 <p>Vidalia was unable to start Tor. Check your settings to ensure the
 correct name and location of your Tor executable is specified.</p>
 ---------------------------
 Show Settings   Cancel   Help

 StartTorBrowser.exe should be smart enough to use its own directory as the
 default path.
