 Starting today (with a new release?) I see popup-style text on the HTTPS
 everywhere icon showing a number, and the icons on my nav bar are all
 abnormally high (roughly 175% of the previous height).

 Also installed: Classic Toolbar Buttons 1.2.7 and oldbar 1.2.7

 I've tried with 3.4.1, 3.4, and 3.3.2 now, same result. Mysterious.
