 When the HTTPS Everywhere extension is enabled in Google Chrome, no web
 pages seem to be able to load. However once disabled either in incognito
 mode or manually, everything works fine.

 This has only started happening in the last two days.

 This is about as good of a description you're about to get as I am nowhere
 near as code savvy.
