Comment:

 Our deterministic builds aren't so useful if we don't have an archive of
 all the components that went into each one, right? Shouldn't we be keeping
 all the noscripts and so on in our archive? (And if we are, maybe we
 should even fetch from them when we have a particular hash in mind to
 build with?)
