 Ok, HTTPS just updated. I am not sure but i looked for that patch and it
 seems there are so many variations I dont know what is what but i didnt
 see that exact one there. Still broken, and btw I have tried with the rule
 enabled(green) and disabled and the only way it seems to work is if HTTPS
 is disabled in waterfox.
