Comment:

 I know, flashproxy-client isn't in Debian yet (#8092), but maybe when
 you're at #9460 just copy and paste a rule and adjust it for /usr/bin
 /flashproxy-client. This may be useful for users who manually install
 flashproxy-client or when flashproxy-client enters Debian.
