 Someone on #tor suggested that each software download should include info
 on what has been fixed or changed for this release.  For example, on
 2013-08-10, https://www.torproject.org/download/download-easy.html could
 include the information from https://blog.torproject.org/blog/new-tor-
 browser-bundles-firefox-1708esr.  This would be in line with other
 projects which link to NEWS on the download page (e.g.
 http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/#Releases ) and is an even better idea
 for Tor as end-users may not read the blog or be aware of what
 vulnerabilities new releases are fixing.

 arma said "<arma> double bonus points if you also write a patch for the
 download-easy.wml file :)" but I currently lack those skillz.
