 > Isis, your `0ad56883868c76e20f0b92b5c5445352cf7cfb46` added `lib` to
`.gitignore`. Is this intended? `lib` is the directory containing the
 bridgedb code.

Nope, it was an accident. Yes, I know that is where the BridgeDB code is
 kept.

Normally, using Python setuptools, `lib` includes external library
dependencies, and `src` or the name of the module contains the module's
source code. The `.gitignore` was the template standard one from

 github's gitgnore templates].

 I removed `lib` from BridgeDB's `.gitignore`, and added a few other
changes to the `.gitnore` for SQLite `.db` files and `.egg-info` files,
 etc., in my branch

 merged here].

 '''This still needs redeployment'''
