 Runa and I worked on some simple graphs showing relay lifetime and uptime
 distributions.  We created them by first downloading Onionoo's details
 documents of currently running relays and then plotted empirical
 distributions of the time between `first_seen` (or `last_restarted`) and
 `relays_published`.  Other metrics like these could be plotted easily.
 Note that all these graphs can only show the current state of the Tor
 network; similar historical data isn't easily available.
