 Non-technical remark: maybe we should call the new tool either Atlas or
 Compass, rather than finding a new name for it.  I'd guess that Atlas is
 better known to people than Compass, so maybe we should call the new thing
 Atlas and add a redirect from compass.tpo to atlas.tpo.  Just a thought.
