 Hi proper. Your request confuses me. You could use
 [http://rubypython.rubyforge.org/ rubypython] to use stem via ruby, and
 there may be counterparts for some other languages. However, 'converting
 stem to a binary for use by other languages' puzzles me. Feel free to
 reopen if you have a more specific request.
