 I started a new EC2 instance on us-east-1 Virginia using torcloud about 20
 minutes ago.

 When I do:
 sudo apt-get update

 I get:
 N: Ignoring file '10periodic.bkp' in directory '/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/' as
 it has an invalid filename extension
 N: Ignoring file '50unattended-upgrades.bkp' in directory
 '/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/' as it has an invalid filename extension

 I wonder if it's normal or if it could prevent the unattended upgrades to
 work properly.
