 I'm inclined to agree that this isn't error-level worthy but I need some
 more information about this first. I'll do some more digging regarding
 this.

 For example, this message indicated that the connection to the SOCKS
 server was successfully established, but somewhere during the process (the
 last function called) errno was set the 3 (whatever that means). errno 3
 is obviously non-fatal, else the conn would not be in DONE state, or
 there's a bug in torsocks, or this is another instance where errno is
 overwritten and does not properly represent the last result. As such, I'll
 need to figure out what is actually going on here before reducing the
 error level.
