Comment:

 Please don't just file these as Tor Sysadmin Tickets, because the git
 repositories are handled by Nick, weasel, and me. I only saw this by
 accident.

 I created a repository with "David's pluggable transport repository" as
 the description, please provide a better one. Also, note that repositories
 such as this do cause overhead (especially when they need to get removed),
 so if possible, don't request a new repository for each paper. That said,
 if it helps to have a new repository, then don't worry about the overhead.
