 Hi!

 I visited http://hellebaard.nl and http://mjopr.nl and neither was
 redirected to https. I could not find rulesets that apply to these
 domains.

 Would you please click the HTTPS Everywhere icon on the toolbar and check
 what rulesets are activated while you visit these sites? Then I could take
 a look at them.
