 Well, we should probably back off from mentioning Shim. We don't need shim
 per se. I believe we'd just need support for CONNECT and a few other
 things. I believe RFC2616 and RFC3143 are relevant here.

 That is however totally horrible. We should not take that path for the
 love of anonymity.

 > The tor-http package (or other name) contains Shim and ALSO phrases
 torrc. tor-http forwards the traffic to SocksPort 9050 (or different,
 configured in torrc). Each HttpPort will start a Shim instance. Each Shim
 instance will use a different SOCKS username for stream isolation.

 We could do such a thing if this really is a dead issue. I think we should
 not consider that unless we're really hard up. I'd much prefer the tackle
 this with a zygote approach.
