Comment:

 I have updated to the latest version of Chrome and HTTPS Everywhere for
 Chrome (2012.9.21) and this is still an issue for me.  If I disable HTTPS
 Everywhere for Chrome the video will play.

 Please let me know what other info I can provide to help you replicate the
 issue.
