  - `hex_fingerprint` should be called `hashed_fingerprint`.
  - The lookup method should look up relays/bridges by fingerprint ''and''
 hashed fingerprint, similar to how the search finds relays/bridges with
 fingerprint or hashed fingerprint.

 Rest looks good.  Want me to make those changes?
