 There's a problem with f503b794a, the database schema looks for a integer
 consensus_weight and gets a "None" when values[9] == '??'.  We should
 probably set them to a default value(onionoo sets it to '-1L') since this
 is a required parameter(I think None breaks the sql query as well).
 The rest look good!
