 It appears that it may be possible to set a dependency in TorBirdy for
 other AddOns that we'd like to have installed:
 https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Install_Manifests

 Should we depend on Enigmail? Should we make another extension that only
 contains binaries of Tor and a JavaScript HTTP proxy, and depend on that?
