 I think Vidalia's 'out dated version' warning is much better than the one
 in the Tor Weather Report emails,
 I would propose the following change.

 currently sent out emails:

 This is a Tor Weather Report.

 It appears that the Tor node xxx (id: xxx) you've been observing
 is running an obsolete version of Tor. You can download the latest version
