Comment:

 My plan for this is to review the HotPETS paper rankings, get some input
 from Runa, and also use gut instinct. I'll retag ones I really think are
 high priority with tbb-usability-SponsorI.

 One big question we'll have to ask ourselves is if we want to commit to
 #6009. I think that will be a huge usability win, but will also be the
 most expensive ticket in that list by far...
