Comment:

 We had a ticket for creating a visualization like that: #2762.  Would be
 nice to have, but not as part of the metrics website.  Feel free to build
 it based on the [https://metrics.torproject.org/graphs/ JSON files]
 exported by the metrics website.  Closing as wontfix.
