Comment:

 Further updates from testing.

 In Chrome, I cannot reproduce this bug at all.

 In a Firefox 15.0.1 profile with no extensions, not all clicks to the
 graph scale buttons trigger the bug, but clicking a few times on them will
 do so.

 CC'ing Evan Roseman at Google to see if he can find someone at Google to
 look at this.
